The platform is not intended for children under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will take steps to delete it. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your HubQuery account. This includes:
HubQuery is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of compromise or suspicious activity.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Consequences: Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities. HubQuery reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any suspected violations.
All content, features, and functionality of the HubQuery platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of HubQuery or its content suppliers and are protected by applicable local and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
By posting, uploading, or submitting content to HubQuery (including property listings, photos, reviews, and messages), you grant HubQuery a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to:
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant the licenses described above and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
Users agree to post only accurate, truthful, and legitimate property listings. Prohibited activities include:
HubQuery reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms without notice or refund.
For short-term stays booked through HubLets, the nightly rate, weekend rate, and cleaning fee you display are set by you as the host. That price is the supply you offer to the guest for the stay (subject to platform fees and any security deposit shown at checkout). You are responsible for any taxes, levies, or filings that apply to your rental supply in your jurisdiction(including how you choose to reflect tax in your listed rates). The platform does not add a separate tax line on top of your shortlet rates at payment—guests pay the amounts derived from your settings plus any deposit you require, as shown at checkout.

To protect users, listings, and infrastructure, we may use technical measures including rate limits, blocking of known abusive tools or traffic patterns, optional same-origin checks on certain API requests, IP blocklists where appropriate, and verification challenges (e.g. CAPTCHA) before sensitive actions. We may update these measures without notice. You agree not to circumvent or probe them except with our prior written consent (e.g. approved integrations).
Property images: Images you upload through certain property flows may be processed to apply a visible platform watermark before storage or delivery, to discourage misuse. You grant us permission to apply such processing where enabled.
HubQuery may display verification badges (e.g. verified agent, verified agency, verified professional) or similar indicators on user or business profiles. You acknowledge and agree that:

HubQuery acts as a platform connecting buyers, renters, and property agents. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, nor do we verify the identity or credentials of users. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any transaction.
Unless otherwise required by mandatory law in your jurisdiction (e.g. in the European Union, United Kingdom, or certain other countries where consumer law requires application of local law or courts), these Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be settled by binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of Nigeria.
Where your country of residence mandates a different governing law or forum (including for consumer disputes), that law or forum shall apply to the extent required. For users in the EU/UK, you may also have the right to bring claims before the courts of your country of residence.

All property listings are subject to review and moderation by HubQuery administrators. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any listing at our sole discretion. Listings must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
HubQuery reserves the right to revise these terms of service at any time. By continuing to use this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification where practicable. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
Your use of HubQuery is also governed by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Disclaimer. In the event of conflict between these Terms and a policy specific to a product (e.g. Host Agreement, Payment Terms), the product-specific policy shall prevail for that product.
